What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 pieces for most products. For custom designs, we recommend starting with at least 20 pieces for better pricing.

How long does production take?

Standard orders take 7-14 working days. Rush orders (3-5 days) are available for an additional fee. Timeline depends on design complexity and quantity.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes! We can provide samples for approval before proceeding with bulk orders. Sample fees are charged separately and may be deducted from the final order.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector files (AI, PDF) are preferred for best results. Our design team can also help refine your artwork.

Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! We welcome factory visits by appointment. Contact us to schedule a tour of our Setia Alam facility.

What is your return and replacement policy?

Strict 7-Day Defect Guarantee

We do not offer returns for "change of mind" on custom items. However, if you receive a manufacturing defect (torn fabric, printing error) or wrong size, report it within 7 days for a FREE replacement.
